Ken brings more than 30 years of financial and operational experience to Black Duck. Before joining Black Duck, Ken was SVP & CFO of Salary.com, a company that he took public in 2007. Prior to that, he was a Principal with Mirus Capital Advisors, in their software industry investment banking practice, and the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Lodestar Corporation, a provider of enterprise software solutions. Earlier in his career, Ken held executive positions as Chief Financial Officer at Student Advantage, MediaMap, Shoplink.com, Liberty International Holdings, and Goldweitz & Company. Ken began his career as a CPA with KPMG. Ken holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ken has served on several boards of directors including Salary.com, the Boston chapter of Financial Executives International, and Blitz Media. In 2009 Ken was honored as CFO of the Year by the Boston Business Journal. |
